My one Plus 3:
This is a Geeks review of One Plus 3 mobile.
Before using One plus 3 I was using Samsung I8262. This one was a very lightweight but performance wise too slow and could not keep pace with time.
I switched to One plus 3 from October 2016 and I have become a fan of it. Before that I was not spending much time on my smart(?) phone. But after I purchased One plus 3 I am spending almost 3-4 hours more on my mobile.
What is good about it?
1. Excellent design and very responsive touch
2. 6 GB RAM which makes it impossible for any app to make it slow.
3. 60 GB storage space -- no need to delete photos or whatsapp videos frequently.
4. Factory fitted toughened glass
5. To change settings is super easy. Its very easy to launch battery, wifi, Airplane mode.
6. Few nice gestures like double tap back button to unlock phone, draw O to launch camera. This makes the mobile very easy to use.
7. DUAL Sim : A must have in India.
8.Frequent OS updates. One plus pushes frequent OS updates which keep the phone updated.
What was not so good ?
For every thing there will be something which will not be so good. My frontal camera stopped focusing correctly on closer objects suddenly after an OS upgrade. I was not able to take photos of objects which were within 20-50 cm distance. This proved a little disadvantage as I was not able to take photos of notice boards, screens etc. All the photos were blurred and text was not readable.
I googled a lot , searched one plus blogs but could not find any resolution. I called one plus support and they advised me to clean some cache during reboot which did not work. Finally I formatted the mobile to factory version but it also failed.
Then I contacted regional support center. The rear camera was damaged physically and they had to replace it. Replacement happened within 2 days and camera started working fine again.
As the phone was under warranty I did not had to pay anything. It is necessary to show Amazon invoice for the repairs.

Word of Caution : All repairs after warranty period are very expensive. The camera repair above would have required more than 10000 Rs including taxes. Please make sure you keep your invoice safe or have access to Amazon easily to download it.
